I had to drink 2 cups of water an hour before I went in. (Wasn't it more like a gallon of water before?? Anyway, 2 cups is much better.)
This is the great one that shows the foot! We can see toes even. So sweet.
Heel on the right and the toes on the lefts.
At this time, the baby is about 6 inches. How big is this foot then?
And of course, we had to find out the gender. I guess it's a new thing not to find out these days but why not find out and prepare ourselves mentally when we can? I simply cannot wait that long and I am glad that my husband and I agree on this! Otherwise, it will be so difficult to keep a secret...
This is the first picture that tells...
He will probably not like this when he finds out that I posted this... Sorry! Your mom is a meanie! That's my middle name anyway:)
With this one, I was 90% sure that it would be a boy, just because of the way I listed on the previous post so no surprise-felt like I landed on the ground now.
Well, I feel very blessed. When we got married 16 years ago and for 3 years after that, I didn't even know if I could have a baby. Those days when I was going through the infertility treatment, I remember lying down, staring at the ceiling for hours, not knowing if we will ever be able to add a new one in the family.
I believe everyone who crosses our path had some kind of interactions before we were born. And in pre-existence, we must have been very close with those especially in the family who we interact with in daily basis, no matter how they are added.
I will see you again in person soon, my promised friend.
Congrats!! What a cutie! I like your last paragraph and I love that you call you little man, "promised friend" I believe all that too, Sarah
ReplyDeleteThank you Sarah. I know he looks like an alien but I really fell in love with him a lot more when I saw him on screen. Yes yes yes, the point is... that I always need to remind myself that I don't stand above my kids;-)
ReplyDeleteCongrats!!!! That is so great, i am glad all is well!
ReplyDeleteI love these pictures. Isn't it amazing how babies grow and develop. Can't wait to meet this little one. Any names?
ReplyDeleteTillia- Thank you. Yes, I am so glad all is well also. This time, I was super nervous for some reason so I was really glad to see everything is developing well.

ReplyDeleteGood! Keep the Theme Party post coming!
I asked my 11yrs old to see if he wanted to do the bigger for better and he said no. He is not really a people person. Well, it was one of the only thing I could probably do for him around his birthday so I was disappointed. Wanted to have a big 12yrs birthday party for him so I will be looking. Thanks EmmaP!
